Who we are.
NG-Key is the product. We orchestrate identity, credentials, and policy and keep the platform in Europe. A tenant administers people, credentials, and policy in the cloud. The reader or gateway decides at the opening.
The same policy can cover a shared entrance, a rack, a lift, a visitor, attendance, a parking bay, and a charge point. Occupancy and license plate recognition stay inside that policy. Those are capabilities of one product, not a family of brands. Depth lives on ng-key.com. Delivery stays with the partner.

The platform and operator assistance run in Europe. Residency and support stay on this side of the boundary.
Factory-to-door trust
Devices are identified in manufacturing. Signed updates reach the field. A decision can be checked later against a tamper-evident record.

Readers are identified and updated under a CRA-ready posture. That describes how the fleet is governed. It is not a certificate.
